This is the year of the RAT!
The Rat year began on January 25th, 2020 and will continue until February 11th 2021.
But this isn’t any old Rat year, it is a very special one. It is known as the Year of the Golden Rat (also called Metal or White Rat). It has been 60 years since the last Golden Rat year. That was, in 1960.
Golden Rats mark the dawn of a new era. Do you feel it? Do you feel like a new dawn is coming?
So what can you expect from 2020? What energy will the Golden Rat deliver?
This is the dawn of a new era. The Rat is goal-orientated and he delivers an energy that says – do more, talk less. Politicians will not be able to promise and under-deliver in a way they have in the past. People will demand action and results. From Brexit to climate action, there will be less tolerance for half-truths and delaying tactics. If politicians (regardless of party), scientists, or experts fail to deliver … there will be anger. Across the world, people are ‘waking up’, and realising that our current set of leaders may not have the answers to our problems. 2020 is just the beginning of this illumination.
The Rat year is associated with greed. There will be a big cause for concern, scandal or environmental disaster that will send share prices tumbling. This exacerbates the sense that those in power cannot be trusted.
Scientists have yet to discover any verifiable sign of intelligent life out in the Universe. If it exists, they insist, it could be decades before our technology can locate it. This year, 2020 – they will discover evidence, and it will cause huge excitement. WOW
Bill Gates will be in the news this year for an unhappy reason. (Strange one I know, but it came to me …).
Get Rich Quick Schemes will take off this year – be careful not to get burned!
Rat years are industrious, so you will have entered 2020 clearer about your goals, and more motivated than you have in a while, to achieve them.
If you are hoping to improve your finances, buy a house or big item like a car – you are likely to achieve it this year. Rat years tend to be good financially.
Rat years are associated with ‘I’. So your confidence will soar. You feel more able to take decisions, to trust yourself. There will be less reliance on ‘experts’ and more reliance on the self.
